Slipping Into Winter

Hey, Guys! Do not worry, as promised this will be a picture post and not an article one as it is a part of my ‘Winter Look-books’. I thought I would take these few lines to describe about the details of the looks. Go to your wardrobe and pick out a nice  summer dress and  use winter as an opportunity to play and create some amazing, cozy and relaxed outfits. Here is what I did with a simple summer slip dress. Look one is with a wardrobe capsule basic, a polo neck and look two is with a balloon sleeve sweater. It is brilliant how comfortable yet so different each look can be. Enjoy the pictures. If you do whip up a look inspired by these ideas tag me on instagram ‘@karthikapoduval’ and hashtag it with ‘#tffyoubff’ so I can feature you on my insta page.

Look One Details:

Burgundy Top: Local thrift store

Dress: Ajio.com

Brown Booties: Robert Hannah & Co

Chain: ToniQ from Lifestyle

I went for a high pony and a flimsy layered chain to emphasise the turtle neck look of the outfit.

Look Two Details:

Look Two Details:

White Balloon Sleeve top: Zara.com

Burgundy Booties: Forever21.com

Beaded Chain: Ajio.com

I gave this look a desi twist with this tribal print beaded long chain that complemented this look perfectly.

Most importantly it is winter so don’t forget to keep yourself warm with a pair or thigh high thick socks like I did or you can always add a comfy pair of stockings.

Let me know if you love this post?

Holiday Cheers,

XOXO.
